The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, requires a fire risk assessment in virtually all buildings in England and Wales, other than domestic dwellings. Similar requirements apply in Scotland under the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005, and in Northern Ireland under the Fire and Rescue Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006.

The fire safety consultancy team at FireRite is made up of highly experienced and skilled individuals who are encouraged and committed to CPD (Continuing Professional Development). All members of the team each have over 30 years’ experience in the fire industry including extensive regulatory and enforcement roles with the Fire authority in UK and are qualified over and above what is required by our third-party certification body and UK National Occupational Standards. Specific specialisms are also available e.g. NHS Firecode and Residential Care premises, Specialised and Social Housing, Waste Management Sites and Industrial Sites.
