The role of Assistant Services Co-Ordinator will include:
- Providing administrative support to the Service Manager for all field service visit
- bookings and reactive call outs, to include managing engineer's calendars via a bespoke
- client software management system
- Managing specific key accounts as required
- To attend client weekly, monthly, and annual contract review meetings as and when required
- Liaising with Project Managers
- Liaising with the Contracts Manager
- Liaising with our Subcontractors for small works & projects
- Answering the telephone and dealing with client queries, recording any messages
- or requests, managing and resolving queries
- Providing administrative back up of services and liaise with other internal and external
- stakeholders including the clients, suppliers, sales and technical departments
- Providing administrative support to assist in implementation of field service management software through accurately updating databases
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Good MSO Knowledge
- Ability and knowledge of accurately updating field service management systems and databases
- Must have an ability to adapt to bespoke software
- Ability to build external and internal relationships
- Good understanding of SLAs, KPIs
- Previous experience in service co-ordination
- The ability to work flexibly and to adapt to demanding situations to ensure the
- highest level of service without compromise
- The ability to prioritise and work well under pressure in a thorough and methodical manner
- Demonstrate tact, understanding and empathy in all communications with customers
- Good communication skills
- Punctual, polite and keen to work as part of a busy fire safety team.
