Reports To Passive Fire Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Complete fire compartmentation surveys
- Assist the Passive team in installing passive fire products
- Reading site plans
- Working in flats/housing/care homes/commercial premises to include working in confined spaces
- To ensure all work is carried out to a standard that satisfies the customer, company and accreditations (FIRAS & FDIS)
- Attend sites for surveys and meetings
- Liaising with clients and tenants
- Preparation of system operation and maintenance manuals
- Commissioning and certification of the work upon completion
- To consistently achieve agreed performance targets
- To sell and promote all of Fire-rite’s services to new and existing customers
- To keep the Passive Fire Protection Manager up to date on progress or potential delays
General Duties
- To provide an efficient and effective service to customers
- To work as part of a team
- Training will be provided
- To contribute to the development and success of the company
- To act in a safe manner in accordance with Health & Safety
- regulations and requirements
Hours Of Work
Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm / 9.00am to 5.00pm
(there is an element of flexibility of shifts/hours required to meet company requirements)
Salary
£29 – 35k
