What You’ll Do:

  • Quote and Order Administration – Prepare accurate quotes and process customer orders while ensuring timely follow-up and smooth order fulfilment.
  • Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues, ensuring a top-tier customer experience.
  • Sales Support – Assist the sales team with managing customer accounts, tracking sales performance, and preparing reports.
  • Collaborative Approach – Work closely with internal teams such as finance, operations, and technical departments to meet customer needs and resolve any issues that arise.
  • ISO9001 Compliance – Ensure all processes adhere to our high standards and support the achievement of NSI GOLD compliance.
  • Handling Inquiries – Be the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email, providing key product information and resolving queries promptly.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Experience – Previous experience in sales support, administration, or a related role.
  • Strong Organisational Skills – The ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying organised and meeting deadlines.
  • Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Customer-Centric – A customer-first attitude, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Problem Solver – Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering efficient and effective solutions.
  • Fire Safety Knowledge (Desirable) – Experience in the fire safety industry or technical products is an advantage, but not essential.

  • Salary Range  -  £26,000 to £34,000
