Key Responsibilities

• Estimate costs for any projects and submit quotes to clients.
• To include any proposals/quotation remedial works found during routine maintenance, action plans for Fire Risk Assessments.
• Tender collation, validation and submission.
• Following up on quotes and actively procuring sales from leads.
• Project management – planning, programming & reporting on each project.
• Attend sites for surveys and meetings.
• Liaising with clients, insurance companies, consultants, architects and third parties.
• Pricing and procurement of necessary materials, including preparation of materials.
• Preparation of system operation and maintenance manuals.
• Commissioning and certification of the work upon completion.
• Ensure ISO9001 NSI GOLD compliance.
• Fire Door Experience (preferably FDIS qualified).
