Position Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, office-based Sales Executive with an interest in fire safety systems. While experience is beneficial, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are our top priorities. We provide an exceptional training program to support your growth. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, resourceful, and have a proven track record in business development sales and customer relationship management. This role involves selling a range of fire safety products and services, including fire risk assessments, fire alarm maintenance contracts, fire extinguisher maintenance contracts, and emergency lighting maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining a customer base through prospecting and relationship management.
  • Conducting cold calls and following up on referrals to acquire new accounts.
  • Selling a variety of fire safety products and services, including fire risk assessments, fire training, fire extinguishers, fire alarm systems, and emergency lighting.
  • Managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximising sales opportunities.
  • Coordinating with operational teams for the scheduling of the above services.
  • Attending training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry standards.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must possess a positive attitude and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Enthusiasm and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the fire safety industry.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confidence in cold calling and developing new business opportunities.
  • Trustworthy and reliable with a conscientious work ethic.
  • Experience in fire risk assessments, fire door surveys, and fire stopping is desirable but not essential.
