Adam Thomas

Adam leads FireRite’s financial strategy and operations, providing the forecasting, insight, and direction that support the business’s long term growth. His role includes budgeting, financial planning, cashflow management, payroll, and ensuring full compliance, while working closely with the Senior Management Team to guide FireRite through change and expansion.

With nearly 25 years’ experience across accountancy, transport, and manufacturing, Adam brings a practical, commercially focused approach that strengthens FireRite’s financial foundations. He is passionate about driving sustainable growth while maintaining transparency and confidence in the company’s financial systems. Outside of work, Adam enjoys travelling with his wife and their dog, Earnie, supporting Cardiff City, following the Welsh national football team, and watching his son develop his rugby skills.
