Gareth oversees FireRite’s service operations, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and compliant fire and mechanical solutions. With experience as both an Operations Service Manager and Fire Engineer, he brings strong technical knowledge and a practical, people-focused leadership style. He is committed to optimising processes, developing high-performing teams, and maintaining excellent service standards for clients.

Gareth works closely with engineers, contractors, and customers to keep projects running smoothly while continually improving performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Outside of work, Gareth is passionate about football, coaching three teams and supporting his children in the sport. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, whether on the sidelines or at home, and especially values the support and encouragement of his wife, who plays a key role in keeping family life running smoothly.
