Jane Starr

Jane leads the HR function at FireRite, creating a supportive, fair, and people-focused workplace where employees can thrive. She works closely with leaders to shape people strategies, strengthen communication, and ensure FireRite attracts, develops, and retains great talent. With a career spanning a wide range of roles before joining FireRite in 2013, Jane brings deep organisational understanding and a genuine passion for helping people succeed.

She is committed to building an inclusive culture, guiding managers through employee relations, and ensuring the business has the structure and support it needs to grow. Outside of work, Jane enjoys travelling in her motorhome with her partner and their dog, Maggie, and spending time with her daughters and four grandchildren.
