With over 30 years’ experience across engineering, technical sales, and leadership roles, he brings a blend of commercial insight and practical industry understanding. His career includes developing high performing teams, securing national frameworks, and guiding organisations through cultural and operational change.

At FireRite, John works closely with partners and internal teams to create a consistent, customer focused approach that supports long term success. Known for his collaborative, people centred leadership style, he is passionate about helping individuals and businesses reach their full potential. Outside of work, John enjoys travelling, keeping active through triathlon and fitness, and spending time with family and friends.
