Kevin Selway

Kevin oversees FireRite’s day-to-day operations, supporting all departments and managing core functions including fleet, IT systems, and telecommunications. With 26 years in the fire industry all of them with FireRite he has grown alongside the business and remains committed to maintaining high standards of service, performance, and continuous improvement.

Beginning his career as an electrical apprentice before progressing into fire alarm engineering and later operations management, Kevin brings hands on experience, technical understanding, and strong leadership to his role as Company Director. He is passionate about developing people, supporting the team, and driving the operational strength needed for FireRite’s continued success. Outside of work, Kevin is a devoted family man and lifelong rugby enthusiast, coaching youth rugby for more than 13 years and enjoying an active lifestyle with his children.
