His role focuses on improving processes, solving system-related challenges, and ensuring technology works smoothly across the business.

With more than ten years’ experience in software implementation, business analysis, and training, Kofi has worked across healthcare and tech environments to deliver successful system upgrades and user-focused improvements. He is passionate about making complex systems simple, accessible, and genuinely useful for the people who rely on them. Outside of work, Kofi leads the music team at his local church and enjoys landscape photography.
