Phillip Pinches

Phillip leads the day to day delivery of FireRite’s Consultancy Department, ensuring high-quality, compliant fire risk assessments and advisory services for clients. With over 30 years’ experience as a firefighter in South Wales including roles such as station commander, group manager, incident commander, and specialist positions in hazardous materials and environmental protection he brings extensive operational and fire safety expertise to the organisation.

His background gives him a deep understanding of risk, legislation, and real-world fire behaviour, enabling him to provide thorough, practical guidance across complex environments. Outside of work, Phillip enjoys visiting the theatre, ballet, museums, and art galleries.
