Rhian Thomas

Rhian supports FireRite’s growth by managing existing client relationships while identifying new opportunities to expand the customer portfolio. She regularly represents the business at networking events, business expos, and “meet the buyer” sessions, helping to build strong connections across the sector. With experience in the fire and security industry and a background in managing customer focused environments, Rhian brings a people centred approach to her role.

She is skilled at understanding client needs, supporting compliance requirements, and building trusted, long term relationships. Rhian enjoys working closely with customers in their own environments to help ensure the safety of their people and property. Outside of work, she trains in CrossFit several times a week, enjoys baking, and dreams of one day appearing on Strictly Come Dancing.
