Richard supports FireRite’s growth by building strong client relationships and helping customers meet their life safety requirements. With over 17 years’ experience in the fire and security sector, he has worked with national and regional organisations to deliver a wide range of projects, from major hospital fire alarm upgrades to social housing and university estates.

Richard brings a strong understanding of both technical solutions and customer needs, allowing him to support clients with practical, compliant, and tailored fire safety services. Known for his approachable style and ability to manage complex projects, he works closely with internal teams to ensure successful outcomes. Outside of work, Richard enjoys family life, countryside walks with the dog, camping trips to the Gower, and playing squash at club and league level.
