Ross manages FireRite’s key client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high quality, compliant fire detection and consultancy services. His role connects technical, commercial, and operational teams, making sure projects run smoothly and meet strict life-safety and performance standards. With over 10 years’ experience in fire safety, property, and construction, Ross brings strong commercial awareness and a proactive, partnership-focused approach to supporting clients.

He is skilled in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, driving service quality, and developing long-term client relationships built on trust and clear communication. Outside of work, Ross is an active youth rugby and football coach, enjoys running, and values spending time with his family and three children.
