Ryan Pritchard

Ryan supports FireRite’s electrical compliance and training functions, drawing on over a decade of hands-on engineering experience across the business. Having worked as a fire alarm engineer and later as a multi-skilled engineer covering installations, maintenance, and fire extinguishers, he brings a strong understanding of both operational requirements and compliance standards. In his current role, Ryan bridges the gap between technical delivery and regulatory expectations, helping engineers and teams work safely, consistently, and in line with best practice.

Known for his practical knowledge and clear communication, he contributes to strengthening FireRite’s quality and performance across electrical and life-safety systems. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys watching rugby and supporting his children’s kickboxing commitments.
